HOW TO USE CAPITAL ONE VENTURE MILES
There are three major ways to use Capital One Venture miles:
Transfer your miles to airline and hotel partners (usually the best value)
Erase travel purchases
Use them in the Capital One Travel Portal (not the best value unless you are redeeming travel credits and want to use your miles to cover the difference)
Transfer Partners
If you’re looking to get the most value from your Capital One miles, transferring your miles to airline and hotel partners is usually the way to go.
Capital One has a wide variety of transfer partners, giving you the flexibility to book flights and hotels using miles. Some of the current partners include:

Important: Transfer ratios and partner lists can change, so always check Capital One's current transfer options before moving your miles. Once you transfer miles to a loyalty program, the transfer cannot be reversed.
Cover Travel Purchases
One of my favorite things about Capital One miles is how flexible they are.
Instead of transferring your miles to a transfer partner, you can use them to cover eligible travel purchases charged to your Capital One card.
Depending on how the purchase codes, some examples may include:
Airbnb
Car rentals
Cruises
Disney tickets (through Undercover Tourist)
Flights
Hotels
Important: You can only cover travel purchases made within 90 days.
Here's how to do it:
Log into your Capital One account.
Click "View Rewards."
Select "Cover Travel Purchases."
Choose the eligible travel purchase you want to cover.
Select the number of miles you want to redeem.
